We are over the moon to be able to serve you face to face again! If you are keen to browse in-store, appointments are no longer necessary. However, they are still available if you prefer a more dedicated service.
COVID-19 Delivery Impacts
We are dispatching orders out business as usual, however we ask you have patience with some of our shipping carriers who are experiencing some unavoidable delays due to the effects of COVID-19 and current weather impacts on their services. Please read updates provided by our courier partners via the link below.
Please note, we do not offer click and collect, we offer delivery to your address only.
The Delta strain is effecting more than just our national network, with many of our overseas suppliers facing multiple closures due to the ongoing effects of the virus. Unfortunately, this does mean that some of our shipments are undergoing delays, with lead times being pushed out.
In addition to this, congestion at shipping docks both overseas and in Australia have affected some orders, causing them to be delayed. Please contact our customer service team if you have any concerns and know that we are doing our best to keep you informed and staying transparent throughout the ordering process.
