If you haven’t yet heard of Three Birds Renovations, prepare to fall in love with their impeccable sense of style and the three lovely ladies that make up the Three Birds team.
Bonnie, Lana, and Erin started Three Birds Renovations from humble beginnings, bringing together their different skill sets and senses of style to form a dynamic trio.
Now, with 12 house reno’s under their belts, they bring together some of the best brands that Australia has on offer to completely transform the spaces they’re working with. We, for one, are so excited to be a part of their styling magic!
House 12, The Contemporary Cottage
House 12 is the perfect mix between cute little workers’ cottage and ideal contemporary living, with its neutral, yet warm, colour palette and interesting textures.
Through their bold choices of colouring and shape throughout the reno, the Birds have transformed this house into a warm, bright and inviting ‘Contemporary Cottage’.
On the theme of warm and inviting, the lounge space in this cottage can be likened to a warm hug. We love to see our Pebble Mirror from Middle of Nowhere front and centre, a perfectly imperfect feature in such a beautiful space!
While not provided by us, we love how the Huggy Velvet Chair by Sarah Ellison acts as a beacon of colour in the room, a clear inspiration for the styling throughout the space.
Accents and accessories are a massive part of the styling and feel of any space!
The Birds have cleverly used our Terrain Weave Entrance Mat from Armadillo to add natural texture to the stunning, yet simple kitchen space.
Similarly, our Terrazzo Dimple Tray from Zakkia is the perfect mix of functionality and style, used as a drinks tray in the Outdoor Bar, an entertainers dream that the Birds created from the old storage shed.
The White Bedroom is the only room painted white in the house, with its styling and furniture pieces adding all the personality that it needs.
There’s a lot going on in this space, but if you look in the left-hand corner of the room you’ll see our Paloma Curve Stool in Grey from Globe West. A curvy and playful piece, this stool is a great style feature for any bedroom with its youthful feel and subtle sophistication.

In a way to reach people from around the globe, the Birds have created a do-it-yourself Styling School.
In a 4 week online course, they teach you how to combine furniture and accessories to create a unique style for your home.
We totally agree that you no longer have to be an Interior Designer to style your home, with top styling advice and a few key pieces of furniture you can easily transform any space in your home!
For living room styling tips, they have used some pieces from our much loved Boucle Collection, including the Jasper Boucle Swivel Armchair and the Monet Boucle Ottoman.
As well as our own pieces, the Birds have used some other stunning pieces from brands that we love and proudly represent, such as the Terracotta 2 Vase from Bonnie & Neil.
Our Adele Armchair is bold in both colour and shape, used here by the Birds in a cute home office set-up, its pop of colour stands out in an otherwise white and neutral space.
